Holds a lot for its size

Overall very well made and the design of the pockets allows you to hold a lot considering how thin the pack is. My only complaint is that the shoulder straps are a bit stiff and for the first few days of wearing I noticed some soreness where the straps meet my collarbone. Otherwise great bag.

Pros
  • Skiing
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Perfect size for a day ski tour.

Perfect size for a day ski tour. Back pocket is great for storing essential safety items (dedicated sleeves for shovel and probe - my Life Link Lexan shovel fits perfectly) Top pocket for quick access to gear It's great. Holds fairly wide skis well in a framed configuration. Light, comfortable and with a good contour. No problems with the center of gravity on steep descents. Great backcountry ski bag.

Pros
  • Winter sports
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Good packaging with one change

Good packaging but the interior layout is disturbing. What should you put in that big compartment on your back? Nobody who skis or does anything in cold weather uses a water bladder - they freeze. And what to tuck into all those little sleeves? Since I like the backpack in general, I simply cut out the divider. Also, if you have a large chest/shoulders, please note that the shoulder straps have limited adjustment. I'm 6ft 3in, 200lbs and they're maxed out.

Pros
  • Ski bags
Cons
  • Some flaws
