This harness is the best! It is very comfortable, durable, adjustable and lightweight. I use it both in the gym and outside. I've been in the gym 2-3 times a week for 3 months now and I don't think there's even a single sign of wear and tear. Before purchasing I spent a lot of time discussing seat belts and almost spent a lot more money on a different belt, but I'm SO glad I didn't. Choose this.

This might be good for basic gym use. I took it as a real day hike on a difficult rock. Oh boy. If you zoom in on the seat belt, you'll see a few black buckles with no padding. If you fall, they dig into your skin. When your partner falls, they dig into your skin. When you dismount/dismount, they dig into your skin.
