    I had to send them back and take the small ones, they fit her better.

    I bought these for my daughter to tap dance with. I bought a very small one because it has children's sixth size pants. I had to send them back and get the small ones, they fit her better. She loves colors.

    Large! love shorts

    Large! love the shorts. Helps her roll/exercise without showing her figure. :) Bought to wear with girls Kiera Daisy Hologram swimsuit from TumbleWear. They don't match perfectly, but close enough and look amazing.

    Perfect fit for my 4 year old. Other brands were often baggy around the legs. I liked them so much I bought another pair for my 6 year old in a different color.

    The perfect active wear!

    Wow! I will never spend a fortune on a dance shop again. These shorts are super cute and stay in place as she tumbles, dances and stretches. They are true to size, beautiful bright colors. Fast delivery, I ordered on Monday and received on Wednesday. I also bought a top with crossed spaghetti straps

    Nice shorts, lighter color than pictured. Almost shimmering. True to size as my daughter is slim but lanky and they fit her perfectly, not too short.

    Nice shorts, fit well but very short

    The fabric is good as are most of the other dance shorts we have (my daughter is 10 and wears a lot of jazz shorts). Judging by other reviews and photos I thought they might be velor but they aren't. The blue stripe is bright and shiny and looks very pretty. I ordered the big kids and they fit my skinny 10 year old perfectly, but they are short! They couldn't get much shorter. These are what I would call "booty shorts" and there is no way I would wear them anywhere other than to dance. I wish…

    Perfect fit in my review

    I bought my daughter a leotard for gymnastics. This is my second time ordering these shorts. She outgrew the old ones and ordered a size up again. They wash great and fit perfectly!

    I've had these shorts for five years, grades 3-8 and they fit well and are my favorite shorts, great material, great fit, everything about these shorts is perfect

    My daughter loves these

    Bought these for my 8 year old gymnast daughter and she loves them. They fit well and feel very soft, almost like velvet. Will definitely buy more of these for her. We bought a matching lion from the same company (TW Kristina Blue Echowaves Leotard) and they look great together. Very happy with the quality of these shorts, I think they will last a long time.

    GREAT gym shorts!

    My petite 36 lb 6 year old daughter normally wears a 5T but sometimes wears a 4T and sometimes a size 6. TumbleWear Shorts come in sizes 3X (3T-4T), 2X (5T-6) and XS (7-8) for comparison. These Hipster 2X (5T-6) TumbleWear Shorts fit her perfectly and might have been a little tight, but the TumbleWear XS 7-8 was too loose in the waist and the 3X 3T-4T definitely was too. small. Your "Small: 4-6" Danskin Hipster Gym Shorts are slightly looser in the waist than these 2X TumbleWear Shorts. Overall
