All my fault but it's a tiny hard hard ball. Thought I'd order a bigger softer ball to ride on. it is a very hard plastic. Good quality.

The ball was not delivered in plastic but in rubber with a hole, soft and not suitable for any type of massage. Also, the diameter is not 3.5 inches (about 9 cm) as the description says. he is smaller. Already requested a replacement because of the hole and only then realized that the ball was different. I hope they get me the right ball size and material.

If you're planning on using this for a massage, think again. I used it for 5 minutes when it was on the upper back near the neck/shoulder blades. I have a HUGE red mark and it will hurt me even if I try to use that ball again now. It is too hard. If I could make a softer one I would try otherwise I think it's a waste of money for a massage but maybe your dog likes it as someone said. I wish I had my $$$$ back but at least it wasn't that expensive.
