This is a well made fake. I've only used it once and it worked very well. One star because it's not real CHI and I thought I'd buy a real one. He did, however, pull off some beautiful curls. There is no warning engraved on the wand's handle.

I wouldn't recommend it at all. I bought this after using my ceramic curling iron for over 3 years. I figured I needed a newer one, so based on the reviews on Amazon I bought one. Hair curlers definitely work and will frizz your hair, but they will leave your hair smelling like burnt smoke. My current curler protector works much better and my hair has never smelled like this.

I think Chi is the best and can't compare to other brands, I had curls until I took a shower. If you are looking for natural and strong curls, this is the right choice, you can even make big or medium curls.

Tourmaline ceramic rod makes hair shiny and soft. It comes with a glove to protect your hands. I've kept mine at around 350 degrees and it worked fine, I didn't have to take it to 400. The curls lasted all day and the wand size is perfect. I love it.
