I bought a 2t-3t and yes they are small. My son is 2 and 3 months old and is a little below average in height and weight and these fit just right. He's about 27 pounds. From what I knew from other reviews they are on the small side but I wanted them to fit him. I didn't want my underwear to fall off. My son loves the designs. My son has been potty trained quite well which surprised me as he is obsessed with everything else. But when I introduced this underwear, the deal was sealed. He just loves Blippy and happily wears underwear every day. I always tell him not to wet Blippy and he makes sure he doesn't. Absolute recommendation for blippy lovers!

I still laugh that this man has his own line of baby clothes but he's a millionaire so what does he care? Runs small, order one size larger. My 3 year old is in the 50th percentile for height and weight and 4t may not fit him after a few months if he normally wears 2t or 3t in target brand clothing. But he LOVES her! I mean. Who wouldn't want to see Blippy's face on their kid's little buns? Ha
