Blue Blocking Over Glasses PaleoTech® Review

They're darker than I expected and so far so good. I haven't noticed any changes in my sleep. My eyes feel better and less tired after wearing it.

Great dark red color which I wanted but I find the frame is very cheap plastic although durable. For over 40€ I expected a little better quality. It fits my glasses which I hoped and appreciated. It blocks blue light on my phone. I wouldn't wear them as sunglasses. Looks great on my face too. It's very easy. In general I like it. It also comes with a nice little case.

I do not recommend them. Firstly, I didn't expect them to be so bright red. Putting them on made me feel like I was in a horror movie, like Jason or Freddy Krueger was following me around the house. it takes away the peace. Second, it doesn't block light from above. Even when I press it against my face with the glasses underneath, the plastic on top of the frame isn't enough. Finally, it increases the swimmers. Both my mom and I experienced a dramatic increase in floaters along with flashes…

First, wearing these things opens up a huge space at the edges that lets blue light through. They should have a flexible plastic or rubber rim so the glasses fit snugly around your face. It's bad enough if you put them on without wearing prescription glasses. If you wear regular glasses these blue light blockers stick out even further and the amount of blue light you get is just ridiculous.
