Broken, cannot be switched on. That does not work.

Used the microphone twice! Intermittent quality and now the real mic won't turn on. It worked twice in 3 months. Poor quality and harm to business. The Company does not refund or replace the microphone; Instead, I have to track customer service. Don't waste your time with this seller who doesn't work for RMA.

Stopped working after 2 months. No response from company

Unfortunately this microphone stopped working after only 2 months. I used it to record podcasts twice a week and after 2 months it stopped working. No current or input signal is registered at the microphone. I contacted the company via email and never received a response or effort to resolve the issue. Big disappointment.

Great microphone but broke after 2 months

We bought this for my 16 year old son for Christmas. He was happy about it! This is a great mic with really good sound quality. However, when my son decided to plug it into his laptop at school last week, it broke. This lasted about 2 months. Unfortunately he loved it so much, it's such a great mic and it's by far the most expensive mic we've ever bought.

The micro USB port breaks easily

The microphone is awesome as long as it works. Unfortunately, its mini-USB connector is not very stable and comes loose. Once this happens, the microphone will lose connection until it eventually stops working. Replacing the USB cable does not solve the problem. I think when Blue Yeti releases a new version with an improved USB connector it will be a reliable microphone. Until then, I would only buy this as a short-term solution. I wish I could give a better review and make sure others had theโ€ฆ

Nice mic but wouldn't buy again

I bought this mic for my son for Christmas (2020). It worked fine, but then it stopped working. Seen from the mini-USB port, the contacts were bent. I don't know why they use it and not USB-C but if you buy it be very careful with the connector as it can be easily damaged. If you fancy Yeti, go for Yeti Pro. Still has the same bad USB connector but also has an XLR connector. I contacted them and they responded very quickly so I would give their support 5 stars. After I was able to send them the
