Excellent ankle support that does not interfere with natural walking/running movements

Ideal for everyday use (at home when needed, for busy days and football more than 3 times a week) and easy to attach Hold so tight or free as you need it. Easily fits into shoes, boots and boots! I tore a tendon in my ankle many years ago and have constantly struggled with sprains and sprains in this weakened ankle. It worked great for sprain rehab and didn't limit my range of motion very much which is why I now wear it all the time to avoid further injury.

Good solid support. Please measure your ankle size before ordering

I broke my ankle and after wearing hiking shoes for 3 weeks the doctor advised me to use an ankle brace while my ankle continued to heal. Liked the reviews about it so went with it. We strongly recommend that you measure your ankle before purchasing to get the correct size. it's a tight fit but it offers good support. Most comfortably over a sock. Adds a thicker layer to your shoes, making it difficult to wear anything other than sneakers or open-toed shoes/sandals. But when support matters…

Works great for months

The straps seem to offer the most support. I played basketball 3-4 times a week for many years and had a constant problem with Achilles tendon pain. The pain went away after a few uses. It took several games to use the compression. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the velcro on the straps filled up with material from my boots and socks after 3-4 months of use.
