Fuse holder size

The fuse holder was too short and did not accommodate the fuse. Could I have missed the label specification? Or somewhere there?

Pros
  • Fuse sold separately
Cons
  • Almost OK

Easy crimping when installing the amplifier

Easy crimping with a crimping tool. The fuse fits perfectly. I read negative reviews, I think they don't understand how to connect electrical devices. I would buy them again.

Pros
  • Maximum fuse 30A
Cons
  • Useless functions

Butt connectors are not required.

This in-line fuse holder was a perfect match for others in my boat wiring project. It also eliminates the corroded butt connectors required by most other in-line fuse holders.

Pros
  • Fits 12-18 AWG wire
Cons
  • Socket required

Not for use in automotive electronics accessories

Ordered two of these. The fuse holder is made of durable plastic. With one fuse holder, I was unable to properly crimp the plastic housing intended for use with that fuse holder. I dismantled the second fuse holder and crimped the plug on the outside of the plastic holder. The pieces will never come together. Both owners went in the trash. If the case was flexible or rubberized this fuse holder design would be great but it cannot be used in the current configuration.

Pros
  • For use with Blue Sea Systems ANL fuse boxes
Cons
  • There are new competitors
