Easy to use, intuitive, excellent for Business continuity - especially during COVID-19

I liked everything about this product! It was easy to set up, very intuitive (very little training needed), has some great tools available like Tableau integration which allowed us get insights from our data without having much expertise or tech support - it can help you visualize your own metrics as well; we used it during one of my internships while at Cisco doing web-scale network optimization projects around campus. The main thing i disliked about this software though were sometimes lag…

  • Easy Setup &/ deployment that's quick even for big enterprises.
  • Ease in sharing information between peers across different countries with ease since everyone speaks english here(USA)
  • Ability see all possible configurations quickly within excel sheets provided
