Doesn't work as advertised

The process looks easy in the video but no matter how hard I pull both bands won't stay in the plastic part. The hole is only big enough for a strip to snap into place. This is not a user error, this is a factory error.

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

I love things like this

I love things like this, a simple, attractive and ergonomic solution. Remember that they only hold the wires together, they don't hide them or make them more uniform, you need some kind of sleeve for that. But for what they are, they are great! quality too.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • A little wrinkled

Not as easy to use as they look

These things are a lot harder to hold than the video suggests. You have to stretch and push very hard, and even then most of the time I only insert one side of the loop. Twisted cable ties are easier to use and cheaper. I bought these thinking they would be less disposable but I regret that.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Too blunt

I usually love anything a blue salon makes, but that's not the case.

I usually love everything that makes a blue interior, but it's not very effective. In a demo video on how to put on a tie it seems pretty easy and straight forward, but I found it to be a much more difficult maneuver, especially when trying to tie smaller cords together like headphones.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Reliability

Good reusable cable ties

Basically they are just high quality reusable cable ties and for the most part I like them. They can be a bit fiddly to attach at times, and that helps if you're not overly delicate with them (they need to be stretched quite a bit to snap properly). If they were a bit easier to use they would deserve a decent 5 stars (now I'd give them 4.5 if I could), but for now I think I'll use them better.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Style 90

Terrible product in Wall DΓ©cor

I bought these from the store because they seemed like a good way to tie my headphones or other cables together when I wasn't using them. As another review says you have to really stretch these things and then push with a lot of force to secure them and even then the straps don't always stay in place. It's too much effort for something that should be easy and simple. Bread tapes work 100x better than these things, and they're free. What a horribly designed product and a huge disappointment.

Pros
  • change price

Just place a small bungee cord with locking channel

One thing I'm adamant about is cord management. Growing up in video production taught me the importance of routing lighting cords and spooling BNC cords and extension cords properly. If you have ever encountered such installations, you will understand what I am talking about. A video production studio has literally hundreds of cables scattered around, and you must be ready to throw out a new cable at any time or you're wasting valuable time and money. Many grippers use different types of cable…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
