🎧 Enhanced BlueParrott B550-XT Voice-Controlled Wireless Headset with Noise Cancellation (Includes Micro USB Car Charger) Review

I've had 3 or 4 of these over the years and if you want good sound in a noisy environment with good isolation this is the best I've ever used.

Holds a charge no more than 4 hours. Even after nightly charging. There are other blue parrots and they did great. Not sure what's wrong with that.

The ONLY downside other than navigating the app is the ear pad, it's too small. Even though I have small ears and it fits MY ears, it leans on the pressure points around it. I can only wear the headset X times before I have to switch sides or take it off.

My husband uses it every day at work driving big trucks and the noise cancellation is amazing. We used to chat over a wireless LG headset, but understanding each other (speech intelligibility) was a complete headache. It's the other way around with the blue parrot, I can hear it the same way it's standing next to me.

After using a very expensive blue parrot for a few days and getting used to its ease of use, I started having trouble hearing people , then I noticed as I used Siri so it wouldn't hear me until I moved the mouthpiece. Now it doesn't work at all unless I hold the mouthpiece to a specific spot to make it connect. I will not buy it again.

The sound quality and noise cancellation were great but we kept dropping calls. It had to be reset constantly to make it work. We've reconfigured it for a full refund. In general, the product is not at all satisfied. We may have just received a faulty unit and this was an isolated case, but we were still unimpressed after reading other good reviews about it.

I first bought a bluetooth headset that covers both ears but wasn't happy with this style. I liked that he drowned out unfamiliar noises around me, but at the same time muted his own voice (to me). I should have listened to the reviews I've read from other people talking about the collapse of their BlueParrott product. I've had mine for almost 18 months and now it's a piece of junk. The charging connector was loose and this caused it to disconnect from the computer during the update. Well it pretty much killed the entire headset. It won't turn on or anything.
