I should have listened to the reviews I've read from other people talking about the collapse of their BlueParrott product. I've had mine for almost 18 months and now it's a piece of junk. The charging connector was loose and this caused it to disconnect from the computer during the update. Well it pretty much killed the entire headset. It won't turn on or anything. There is no way to restore factory settings and there has been no warranty repair for 18 months. I don't even have the ability to fix it myself by downloading software or factory resetting it so I can update it. Huge design flaw. I'm pretty sure it could have ended up being a piece of plastic junk anyway as the charging socket became loose and caused problems. DO NOT BUY YOUR PRODUCTS. I should have listened. Don't regret like me! They expect a $200 product to last more than 18 months. I have $30 headphones that have lasted 10 times longer. Stay away from this brand!
