The speaker is not loud enough to speak unless I hold it to my head. Then.what.is.the.update.a few months. Not loud enough for car use. Probably suitable for use at a table in a quiet environment.

As a replacement for a hands-free phone, this speaker works perfectly. Connects easily, loud enough (I drive a small noisy car). However, I also wanted to hear music through the speaker. This is a terrible speaker for music. I sent it back for another one with better sound.

Connection to phone comes and goes (unreliable). Volume controls don't work. One minute it's damn loud and the next you can barely hear it. If you try to turn it off, NOTHING happens. Just not worth the effort for something that should be so easy

I've only had it for a few days. So far, so good. Good, very affordable speakerphone option. I can't say anything about the battery life yet. I suggest remembering to turn it off when you get out of the car. If it's not on when you get a call, it answers quickly as soon as you turn it on and press the phone button. In general, while satisfied!

I rarely write reviews. However, this speakerphone is perfect. I bought it a year ago for my car that didn't have Bluetooth and it worked perfectly. I've just bought 2 more for my car which are Bluetooth capable but can't connect to the new phones my wife and I bought. Easy to use, long battery life and most importantly the ability to connect to our phones.

I wear this speaker on my hip, so when I call, I just have to take the lectern off my hip to speak. I use it in my car and on top of that it plays music from my phone and yes it's loud. The speaker bangs on my visor and believe me when I say it's loud, I thought my son pressed it against my headrest in the car when it was attached to my visor. My husband can't use it because he has a hearing aid and it's too loud for him even when it's off. This is a wonderful product.

With Georgia now hands free I had to find something my husband could use as he has an old model car and doesn't have a port to connect additional devices. I chose this product and it works great. It was easy to set up and just as easy to use. I liked that it was Bluetooth and easily synced to his phone. Not to mention that I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg on this product. Worth the time and money. I have recommended this product to several of my friends who have old cars.
