These are the right size for me. They definitely need to be worn a few times to break in, so I recommend planning in that time. I have very high arches so I put a thin insole inside for extra support. Now that I've broken them, I can easily run miles/hours in them. I bought them on sale to try before I bought them. First impression - the perfect size. I usually 7.5 or 8 US. I ordered 8 (5 AUS) and they fit perfectly. Another compliment is that they are lightweight. I was expecting the shoes to be heavier but I'm glad they aren't bulky. As far as I know they are water repellent and I plan to use a waterproofing spray before I travel to Scotland. I will let you know if there are any important changes I think.

I did a little research based on other people's reviews and I'm very happy with these boots. They're hard to put on and take off at first, but once you break them, they're amazing. I work in these boots and they are very comfortable. More comfortable than any tennis shoe I've ever worn to work. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Didn't know how they would fit right away, expected them to take some time to break in and get comfortable. They fit perfectly right out of the box. Some reviews say increase 0.5 to fit true to size if you wear thicker socks. I received my normal size; 7.5 and wear them with wool socks and they still fit great. Recommend 100000 times. I tend to have thicker ankles and this model was specifically designed to look slimmer in that area. They were pretty snug when I first got them. However, I've been wearing them continuously for a few weeks and I can already see that they fit my feet. I love her. So versatile and durable. Lasts forever so you don't have to buy more shoes. I oil mine with mink oil to keep them nice.

It took a few days before I could easily slide my leg in and out. The bodice is narrow and I have a slightly high arch. But I googled how to soften them and it worked. Love her.

I love these boots. Very comfortable and durable. I'm pretty sure I could walk in these boots if I wanted to. Would have given 5 stars if the shaft was a little looser at the ankle. Moderately difficult to put on and very difficult to take off these boots. The distance problem was solved by purchasing a charging jack. I would go up a size if you were between sizes! I usually wear a size 6 but these boots are quite small and end up being too tight. I messaged the company to exchange the boots for a larger size and the new pair of boots arrived in 2 days and are the perfect size! I am in love with her. The boots are true to size, there is space in the toe area. They are so comfortable, great for ranch work and work well when I go for walks. They are my favourites!
