Ideal remote control replacement for many Samsung televisions. My new 65" RU800D (Costco) came with Samsung's newer compact Smart Remote which lacks the number keys. Since I wanted to access the TV's service menu (which requires a key sequence with numbers), I had to find a compatible "regular" remote control. This device is exactly what I needed at an affordable price and it works great.

Our kid likes to play with remote controls so we actually got it as a toy, batteries in for the light which is nice and bright. The edges are too sharp for our original purpose, but it unexpectedly connected to our TV so we kept it as a backup as the other will inevitably get lost. This remote control is lighter than my original remote control and shines better. Works perfectly. I've seen people wonder what the colored buttons are for: depending on your streaming service, each service will explain the colored buttons (or not, meaning they won't work with that particular streaming service).
