Body Glove Smoothies Boardshort X Large Review

I LOVE these shorts. I bought these for kayaking but have to order more as I wear them all the time on the board. I usually wear a size 6 and the medium fits perfectly.

The size seems a little wrong. I wouldn't trust the size I was to stay in the water. They seem well put together. The waist is too loose and cannot be adjusted properly. It fits perfectly everywhere.

Very comfortable, excellent material. I ordered 1 size up as I usually do with shorts. But I also have my usual problem. Our shorts are too big at the waist. I would have to change them to keep them in the water. I have decided to send them back. *They fit my pregnant sister perfectly who is 16 weeks and she is usually my size.

I ordered this in black and wore it on our Sea Doo in the lake. The black stain on the seat of our jet ski, as well as the white underwear I was wearing under shorts. I am giving two stars instead of one because this could have been avoided if I had washed the shorts before wearing them. I don't have any tags so I don't know if those instructions were given. Very disappointed!

I've been wearing the same boardshort since 2010 and haven't found a suitable replacement (even in real surf shops). This year, with the addition of a simple wardrobe, I was able to try on a few while stuck at home. I'm so glad I didn't give up after other brands didn't work for me. It's so convenient! They are narrower than the product photos suggest but they stretched a bit and I went back to my usual size. The 8" length covers my thigh tattoo for sun protection. I wish they had more prints…
