Beware of this Pre-Workout!

I purchased this expecting a noticeable improvement in my workouts, but it did not deliver .The taste was unpleasant and made me feel sick. The only positive ASPECT was the inclusion of beta-alanine, however, it's not worth the negative effects on my health and household..

Not sure if that's good or bad

So when I drink carnosine before a workout I get tingles, but when I take this carnosine after a workout I don't feel any tingles at all. There is moisture in the bottle that I received and that is why the powder is wet and there are a lot of bullets in it. Eoma is evil
