Had to return due to size being too large, couldn't test the waterproofness of these boots due to mixed reviews. She has a 5.5 in most shoes. 19 months. I ordered a toddler 6. There's a lot of conflicting opinions out there about waterproofing, so I thought I'd add my two cents. We ordered these boots for our 16 month old son.
