Annual Purchase

I am buying these boots for my son for the second year in a row. He goes to kindergarten, which means he's out in Iowa in the winter. I trust they will keep him warm. If you're trying to decide between these and the ones with handles, I would go with these. We also had models with handles and they are much shorter. Also, the big holes let too much cold through if the socks slip off at all. If you live in a very cold climate that requires wool socks, buy one size up.

Terrible quality and construction

I've been buying Bogs for years and haven't had much of a problem until my last pair. I bought them 2 years ago and only wear them when it rains when I walk my dog so they are of little use - only about 2 hours a day. This pair tore the backing between the rubber and boot on BOTH boots. They broke a few months ago, so I only lasted them for about half a year (monsoon). Only discovered them after I moved house in October last year. Unfortunately, they end up in landfill. My previous pair lasted…

I wish they had a stronger profile.

These boots are comfortable and all four of my children wear them. They stay together and keep feet warm and dry. Whether you're spending the weekend outdoors or just want your kids to wear them to play in the snow or go to the bus stop, they're perfect! However. My kids live on a farm in Pennsylvania.
