Sturdy but falls off easily

Bought a size 7 for my son who is almost ready for size 7 boots so they are still a bit large. The boots are low on the calves and also wide enough to fall off easily. I bought these specifically looking for a boot that won't fall off my feet and I'm disappointed. Otherwise they are good, durable and waterproof.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive

Flexible knuckles

Love the colour, material and style of the grips. However, they offer very little support around the ankle. I was very disappointed. Other wellies wrap the ankle with a little more support and I didn't notice the difference until I bought these boots. Because of their flexibility, my child has trouble walking/walking in them and they slip off too easily when playing.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Don't get up - buy a Lone Cone instead!

So disappointed. As a PNW mom I see Bogs all the time but I ordered these as well as another pair and the Heal fell apart after two days of moderate wear from my toddler. So disappointed. Keep an eye out for the Lone Cone rain or mud boots - such better quality/half the price/just as cute. Don't waste your money, Swamp Buddies - at least the Rainbow Boots - aren't what they used to be. And I wasn't paid to say this at all - I just want to save your unnecessary research/time/money. They refunded

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
