I work at the Ren Faire and needed something quick and affordable. This shirt fit the bill and lasted me one season (every weekend for 2 months), before falling apart. Fit was perfect, maybe even a bit big. Usually wear a size 16/18 and ordered an XL for my rennaisance costume. I feel like a Large would've worked too. I didnt notice in the pictures that the sleeves were separated from the shirt. They are sewn to the shirt, but you slip your arms in the sleeves, which was kinda weird to me, idk maybe just me lol. But it looks so good on. Also, the sleeves aren't super tight or too loose they were pretty perfect also

Update: I purchased this in white finally, same size, the arm elastic is so tight on my skinny arms that It hurts. I bought this shirt as a last minute addition to wear at the renaissance festival. I wanted to as a pirate and this blouse was exactly what I needed. I wore it under my corset for the fair and in camp to the after party with a waist belt and a 60 yard skirt. My arms are bigger than most and the elastic did not cut off circulation to my arms and they stayed in place. I could use it for pirate and bohemian outfits.--loved this

I really like this shirt. It is cute and can be tucked in to pants or skirts or can be untucked. It is pretty flowy. The only down side to this shirt is that it pulls easily if there is velcro anywhere on your person while wearing it.

Bought this for a renaissance fair in Florida, the material is very breathable, a little see through but that’s ok. I paired it with a bustier and it looked fantastic.The top is a little long, it just barely covered my butt which worked well with the leggings I had on. I liked the product initially and the fabric was very nice. The problem was with the stitching which came undone and the elastic banding was no longer attached to the sleeves. It literally just fell apart.

Upon the first try on, it fit Very well! It made me feel lovely and kinda sexy! However, after the first wash in the machine, the seams on the sides and in the sleeves began to come apart. It's a good thing I don't mind sewing, but this material is very fragile and I wish it was more of a cotton blend instead of ramin & polyester. Be wary & be gentle if you decide to go for this blouse.

A little see through, but I expected that from the reviews. Whatever size I bought is exactly right, any smaller would have been too small and any larger I would start to drown in it. I love that the sleeves are attached and elastic at the top of the arm. I sort of wish the wrists were also that way; they are gathered but not snug like the top of the arm. Sleeves will still stay out of the way at the wrist, so definitely still happy with the purchase. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I bought this to go under a cincher for a Halloween party, it worked perfectly and will double as a fun night out blouse in the future. I should have bought one size smaller as the tie in the front cannot be tightened any further for this size.
