Efficient Cleaning Solution: Bona Hardwood Floor Disposable Wet Cleaning Pads, 12ct Review

This is a great product; BUT, I would give it 5 stars except that the entire pillow is not in contact with the floor. They are very comfortable, easy to use and wash very well. The ONLY problem with them is that when you put them in the Bona grip, the center of the pad doesn't touch the ground. I've been using Bona for about 10 years and love it. So boma if you are reading this please put some padding between the strips so the thick padding touches the ground.

I wanted a disposable hardwood floor cleaning pad for my newly soiled floor. There was dust from our renovation. I figured it would be wise to use and get rid of the dust once and for all. The reluctance to use anything other than Bona products seemed reasonable, which is why I bought these wipes. The first napkin barely made it halfway before I had to use another, and another, and another. This whole package was not enough to clean our living room, hallway, dining room. Don't use it again.

Arrived slightly open and slightly dry but still damp. I soaked them in the packaging with Bona Floor Cleaner and let them sit before using. They work well, not great. While it fits perfectly on our Bona brand sweeper/mop and stays secure all the time, I had to spray the floor all around with extra Bona Floor Cleaner or those little cloths would dry out and stop mopping. So I don't find them any more useful than Bona's reusable pads. I save the rest of the box to clean up more "nasty" messes…

I needed a product that I could use on a hardwood floor where my wife spills a lot of trash due to her movement disorder. I wanted something easy to use and fast. A traditional washable mop head gets dirty too quickly to be practical. I can use 6 to 8 of these disposable pads and have a full 1200 square feet of floor in about 30-35 minutes. Update: Our wooden floors are 2 years old and the only product used to cover them was Bona. My floors are a mess. There is so much precipitation that once it dries it looks cloudy. I've spent countless hours hand scrubbing the floor to remove the residue. You look a lot better. I will NEVER use Bona again. Yes, it's easy and leaves floors shiny, but too much product builds up after prolonged use. Never again. They are easy to use and allow me to clean hardwood floors throughout the house…
