It looked the same as the Garmin brand mount and cost about the same so I assumed it was about the same quality would have . Boy was I wrong. Over the course of a 50-mile ride on normal, moderately flat roads, my Garmin fell out of its mount five times and nearly fell out a few more times. I have four Etrex's (two 20's and two 30's). I bought this mount and if I forced it on it would get stuck on my Etrex (all 4). However, to remove (i.e. install or replace batteries) I had to use a hammer! Once I took it off the etrex I gave it back to Revane. It was the same with the second. I have four Etrex. MADE for etrex. But it wasn't easy to install on NONE of the four Etrex. I really wanted it to work. Bought two RAM mounts for 2.5x the price instead.

I bought this mount for my 2 week trip on a small Suzuki AX100. Installing the handlebar mount was easy. When I installed the Garmin 64 in the mount, I noticed that it didn't latch properly and I actually lost my Garmin device while riding. Luckily I found it in a ditch and luckily it worked. From that point on, I had to tape my Garmin device to the mount, which was quite annoying. I would not buy these again! Due to Revain's return policy, I cannot return a holder that is not working properly.
