Great grinder for power and hand tools

Bought for my husband after his favorite Hitachi coffee grinder finally pooped on him. I was nervous about the wireless connection, but after fixing the power cord on our old coffee grinders, I decided to give it a try a few times. I bought a large 6.4(?) battery for it because my husband is a mechanic and uses his grinder a lot so it needs to run longer. luckily i already had a charger because i also have a bum from bosch. It was a hit at Christmas, now my dad wants one too lol.

Poor quality Chinese engine. The brushes started to rattle and squeak after about 18 hours of light use.

Poor quality Chinese motor. The brushes started to rattle and squeak after about 18 hours of light use. Replacing the motor is more expensive than replacing the entire tool. Welcome to modernity; where everything is made to be used for a short time and then thrown away. I love Bosch products in general but this one was very disappointing. My $80 Makita corded grinder stood up to years of heavy use and broke after a few days.

Incomplete tool with faulty parts

Bolt parts and blade are missing, also the protector only fits one way and forward which means you can't use the tool for anything. Have already ordered a replacement. Come tomorrow. Let's hope nothing is missing and the protector fits this time. I'll send the first one back if the second one isn't defective. If so I will return both and never use Bosch again! Very disappointed! I don't even want to call them because my time is worth more than this tool. Sorry Bosch!
