I needed a chair that rises a bit higher as I have trouble getting up. It must be higher than it is. I'm usually good at assembling, but I'm having trouble with this one.

Arrived broken first time, sent back and replacement came with a few scuffs (see photo). Easy to assemble except the arm holes didn't line up so I can't get one of the screws all the way in on one arm. I love the look but it's really frustrating!

The chair is beautiful and comfortable. but it arrived damaged. Not worth returning as only one was in stock at the time of purchase. This chair is high quality and beautiful, but the wooden base and armrest are broken. The damage is in addition to the price we paid for the chair. I think the best advice is to order it and hope it doesn't get damaged.

This is a very comfortable office chair, more comfortable for me than my expensive Herman Miller office chair that is supplied by the company I work for. There was a problem at the foot of the chair: when unpacking, one of the pieces of wood on the leg broke off. I just sealed it with tape and still give a five star rating. I love the chair so much. lol - Wasn't much fun to assemble - it wasn't impossible but definitely more effort than I expected and required a second pair of hands to hold it…
