My new backpack arrived today. I'm just thrilled!💖 Good quality, strong zippers, magnetic buttons on the front pocket are very practical. Smells like fresh skin! I wanted something I can use everyday to and from the office that isn't bulky or cheap. So perfect! I'm a small petite woman (5'2") and this bag fits comfortably on my shoulder and holds my lunch, water bottle, light jacket and also a medium sized purse along with my laptops. I highly recommend this. The Delivery was on time!

The reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because there is no built in organization for items like pens, storage devices or keys. A simple little pen room would have been enough to elevate this product to 5 stars. That glaring omission aside, I find this backpack perfect. The backpack just arrived today. This is a beautiful and excellent quality that I can say will last me a lifetime. There was a really small issue with the bag but their customer service team was 5 STARS and took care of everything right away. It's been a few months and I've used it on a few trips and it's holding up great. I have received several compliments. I just ordered another large holdall.

This backpack is very stylish yet casual. It's high quality and we would definitely recommend it. The side pockets aren't big enough for water bottles in my opinion, but perfect for easy phone access. It easily carries a Dell laptop and other items. Leather is very durable but will continue to wear and not look worn. Love it!

The main front zipper is curved and very long making it difficult to open and close (if you want to open/close your bag quickly this is not for you). The shoulder straps are too long in the shortest position, the bag can't be close to the body

This backpack is great and practical. Comfortable to carry on the back and all pockets make it very useful and meet my needs as an online student. Should last for decades but wish it would stand on its own a bit better but that will come with a hack.

Nice thick, soft, durable cowhide leather. The seams are very tight, even and thick. The inner compartment is also quite large.
