The reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because there is no built in organization for items like pens, storage devices or keys. A simple little pen room would have been enough to elevate this product to 5 stars. That glaring omission aside, I find this backpack perfect. I've always carried large Swiss Gear backpacks with lots of compartments and storage space. I am refreshed by the simplicity and structure of this backpack. The weight is very light and the straps fit well so I can take my backpack with me wherever I go instead of getting dressed before a meeting. The first day I received it, I received supplement after supplement. This is almost the perfect backpack for me!
