Convenient excellent product but I have consistently received the wrong product from this seller hence poor rating. Actually, I never just went black!

The strap was the right length for a tall man (mine is 6ft 2in) but the leather seemed very cheap. The skin was thin, it seemed that it could not withstand more than a couple of months of work.

Love this strap, it's just as reliable as the old one I had worn. One caveat: after a few coats, I noticed the black paint was starting to wear off. on my reflective jacket it doesn't look like someone put a marker on it, more like it's really dirty where the belt goes). No big deal, just needs cleaning (I hope it comes off). I'm not sure if this helps to clean the harness before using it over a life jacket or not, I'll leave that to you.
