Damaged dress.

The dress does not match the description. There was no rhinestone belt in the package, and the sleeve on a sleeve looked like it was cut or trimmed right out of the box. There are also a lot of cords hanging down as they are not hemmed. upset. Otherwise it could have been a really nice dress. Won't be using it for our wedding.
