great speaker! in Portable Audio & Video

I've had this speaker for a year and its amazing sound quality is what you would expect from black and white, the design has a bit of retro which is cool I just wish it was They had a case like the Bose. I take it on trips and it gets a little scratchy and there is a small dent in the grille. I suspect this speaker is meant to be abused, but hey, it's still a great speaker if not the best. and the battery is one of the longest lasting I've seen

another B&W product that is truly amazing. As others have posted

As usual another black and white product that is really amazing. As others have written, skip this one if you're looking for tons of bass or treble. If you're a discerning listener who wants clear and natural sound with great battery life, then take the plunge. The old adage "You get what you pay for when confirmed. I'm willing to trash all my other speakers and buy more of these.

Brilliance of black and white in a very small package

Incredibly good. I've been a big fan of B&W speakers since the 70's when I bought a pair of DM7 speakers. I later switched to a couple of Matrix 1Es and still use them to this day. This little gem is worth every penny. I have previously used the Bose Mini Audio Link which is very good but the B&W beats it for depth, clarity, crisp bass sound and battery life. My only complaint is that no one has pulled out the carrying case so far. Come on guys this speaker deserves a really good carrying case!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design

  • Not the best

Pure, pure sound. Also worth it in 2020

This thing continues to amaze in 2020. If you need bells and whistles, look elsewhere. If you're looking for easy connectivity and great, clear sound, you've come to the right place. As with any rear-firing speaker, placement is key. I put mine in the corner at an angle and wow. I've tried MANY bluetooth speakers and none of them compare to pure sound. What is your priority? If this is a clean, crisp portable speaker, then this is it. If you need Alexa, NFC, Airplay, etc., look elsewhere.

Stylish black and white speaker

This Bowers & Wilkins T7 speaker is designed for audiophiles who prefer a more natural and accurate sound. For people who prefer mid to high bass, this speaker might not quite live up to your bass dreams. I think Bowers & Wilkins designed this speaker to give it a brighter sound without overemphasizing the bass. The bass is there, but balanced. I was expecting a bit more bass myself, but now I realize that B&W puts more emphasis on high sound quality in their speakers. I say this speaker is…

Powerful sound in a small package - look for a case - it's worth it!

I have an A7 and love it but wanted something portable to take the fire to the garden, porch or just around the house. It's perfect and the sound is great. I had an old Bose but it just stopped working and wasn't portable as it had to be plugged into a power source. This device is small and powerful. It was easy to set up. I ended up ordering a case from Bowers and Wilkins as it wasn't available from Revain and I wanted one for storage and transport. I sometimes travel for work and have…

same refined sound as its big brother A7. Best bluetooth speaker!

Great sounding Bluetooth speaker - exquisite sound. I have many Bluetooth speakers, Bose, JBL, more Bose and many Airplay speakers (Bose and B&W A7). Not exactly like the B&W A7 but much more exquisite listening on Bose or JBL. I like both Bose and JBL, but the T7 is very attractive, sophisticated and a great listener. Plus 18+ hours of battery life. I always forget when I last charged it. I have a high end stereo system at home that I don't listen to often as it's in a special environment that

This speaker lacks mids and highs. Right before ordering this I ordered a B&O A2 and people around me who had just heard A2 said that A2 lacked punch and depth which made the music sound simple and cheap. Well, when the B&W T7 arrived I was so excited to hear this great big name speaker that I saw Best Speaker of 2016 somewhere on the website; and having listened more to the T7, I was impressed by the A2 with its rich sound. The strength of the T7 lies in its battery life, great bass and clear…

B&W T7 vs JBL Charge2?

Full disclosure first: I have B&W 804Diamond speakers and I really like them, especially after adding a PV1D subwoofer to give the bass a little more presence. I wanted a bluetooth speaker that would allow me to listen to music from portable devices and given my satisfaction with the 804Diamonds I was predisposed to the T7 when it came out. I thought it would sound great even before I heard it. A little more background - we made the last second decision to get my daughter a JBL Charge2…
