🖊️ FineTouch Capacitive Stylus Pen for HP Spectre X360 (by BoxWave) - Super Precise Lunar Blue Stylus Pen Review

Received it today and used it on my new HP Specter x360. Because of the HD screen, I had trouble using my finger or my old stylus on the touchscreen. I was skeptical as I originally had an HP stylus which was significantly more expensive and didn't work at all with this computer. Brought back to store same day. So far I haven't had any problems with this BoxWave pen. I've also used it on my iPads and smartphones. I love the thin lace.

Don't buy this. You can't write without a plastic pen pointer that comes off. I spent $15 on it but the plastic has come off and I can't find it as it's too small to find easily. So now the product is useless without it. It writes well with plastic, but this product is too fragile to sell at this price point. I would avoid this product and buy my laptop tablet elsewhere.

When I opened this package, I was amazed. As an artist, I was desperate for a more accurate pen than what is currently on the market. After owning and using this stylus for just a day, I was impressed with its performance and accuracy. However, the tip is very brittle and the product lacks strength. The glue used in the plastic tip came loose and the small metal insert detached and fell out and was nowhere to be found. I would like a more robust design with more sensitivity.

I've actually only had this pen for a few days but it seems to work as both a pen and a mouse. It's very accurate when plugged into a computer screen, unlike other digital pens I've used which produce a broad stroke rather than a thin line. However, I would like to know why HP doesn't equip this pen with the Specter computer (great computer with overly noisy keyboard!), as well as space on the laptop to stow it like Lenovo does with their laptop/tablet?! carmimcarmi@bgu.ac.il

Claimed to be an HP Specter X360 stylus but it is not. The Specter pen offers the precision you get from an HP Active Pen, but it's the same as the soft rubber-tipped pens you can use on any touchscreen. The benefit of this is that you can see exactly where the center of the touch point is, which while offering more precision is NOT made specifically for the HP Specter and doesn't have the precision you would get from an Active Pen. .
