I installed this on my old Chicago Electric 6.5HP 3500W Generator with no problems. There are no instructions, so it is worth familiarizing yourself with the engine and propane conversion, but this is very valuable and does not require modifications.

The generator ran very smoothly on petrol or propane. I've wanted a twin carburettor for a long time. After measuring the carburetor on the Revain, they convinced me it would work. Suitable for remote start generator engines.1. Remove the choke rod by unscrewing the two ribs on the inside of the carburetor.2. Follow the first step for the old generator.3. Install the old choke rod into the new carburetor and replace the inner fenders.4. Place the old remote starting block on top of the new carburetor/old stick and viola.

I used this on a Black Max Generator with a 208cc Ducar engine. It turned fast. It took a few jerks to start the petrol, but then it ran fine and adjusted well to the 12 amp load I put on it. I drained the float bowl and hooked up the propane through the grill regulator. Here, too, it needed a few stutters to start, but then it worked well and was able to accelerate without any problems even under load. I am very satisfied for the price.
