    Much thinner and softer than it looks

    I liked that it was supposed to be 18k but wasn't stamped as such. I didn't like the size or that it was so thin. It was described as 6.3 + 1 inches. No, the height, width or length is almost an inch. Seemed fragile, I'm "an active adult and I would be afraid to wear it for fear of breaking it". It would be great for downsizing and gifting babies, NO BABY. I would be afraid it might break, catch on the material when tightening, etc.

    I know you get what you pay for but it looks like it's so thin. If you accidentally hook something, the chain will break. After I wrote this review, the company reconfirmed my review and wrote me an apology letter for their products. They assure me their designer didn't check the bracelet before shipping, so I got a cheap bracelet. As their customers appreciate the response I would highly recommend their store for future purchases.

    Broke within a week

    The bracelet broke a week after purchase. It didn't appropriate anything, and the closest thing I've ever done to manual labor with it was growing potted plants. It not only broke on the chain, a sharp piece flew out of a bead, which pierced my finger and almost got stuck in the skin. I wouldn't recommend it if you intend to wear it all the time. Due to a disability I can't easily put on and take off jewelry so this is definitely an issue for me.

    I bought this bracelet for my mother's birthday and it is good quality for the price I paid. I opened the bracelet many times and it didn't slow down. The material is nice and lasts a long time. It comes with gift bag, box, plastic bag and cleaning cloth. They also sent a cable for the charger free of charge. Would recommend buying as a gift or even for yourself. Looks fancy and expensive.

    Bought this for my daughter. Was very disappointed as it is so small I don't know if it will fit. It's so small it came in a box with a ring! And that was great for him.
