I got this because I have sleep apnea and snore a lot. I haven't had time to plan a sleep study to do anything with it yet, but in the meantime I got it. I really like this article. It helps me breathe at night. My wife says I don't get out of breath wearing this so that's a plus.

They were perfect before my son got braces and we swear by this brand. However, once he put the braces on, they were a bit tight, even though the packaging said they fit. Maybe it's a different mouth size, but my son's excessive frog is really bad and his teeth aren't quite straight. We personally found the Brainpad 3XS to fit his mouth better. We definitely stick with the Brain-Pad brand because of the holes on the front that allow it to breathe while playing football.

This brand is hard to find where I live having seen several searched stores. I bought the Lo-Pro a few years ago and was immediately hooked compared to the Everlast double tray which was half the price and was purchased earlier than the Lo-Pro. For the upcoming Jiu-Jitsu tournament, I needed a new mouthguard that better protects the double tray. It takes the shape of your upper and lower teeth and provides breathing room between them, allowing you to exhale as you bite down if you need to clench your jaw to get that extra boost.
