The master cylinder pump was burned out or something because you can use it, the pump goes up and down but the brakes don't come after I bleed the line and still couldn't help it

I got mine after repairing my existing kart brakes but I have a different design so I'm glad I have this braking system on hand. Seems to be the same quality as higher priced systems.

The brake line was reversed for my Taotao 150cc application. The two mounting screws were not included. Safety pin missing. The master cylinder pump is not working. The pump goes up and down but the brakes don't grab, after bleeding the line with air I still couldn't do anything about it.

"completely assembled". Not so. The brake shoe pin retaining ring is missing, which would be difficult for an inexperienced mechanic to notice. I didn't have a snap ring so I drilled a pin and added the cotter pin you see in the picture. IT IS PROHIBITED TO GIVE ANY PERMISSION TO INVESTIGATE SUCH SECURITY MATTERS. If this wasn't a problem I would give 5 stars for the quality and price.

The size of the screw/thread on the caliper is M8. I use 1/4 bolts to mount the cylinder. I bought two. If you reverse the breather and the ends of the banjo bolt on the same hose, you will have to route the hose differently on a special two-wheel kart right and left. A reverse bleeding process was used to regenerate the brake fluid. Not fully tested. Can't tell if the pads are fully retracted.

Good quality parts perfect replacement for my 2011 Taotao ATA-250-C quad. My good price came with an expansion tank, brake line, master cylinder, wheel cylinder, pre-installed brake pads and an extra set of brake pads. It was also filled with fluid, already deflated and ready to go. I had to replace the stem from the pedal to the mast cylinder and re-use my old stem as the one that came with it was too short.
