When I first used it, I found that I didn't need it. This would be a great product for tougher cups like reusable cups, but with paper cups you can't put more than 2 inches in without risking the plastic lids tearing off. It's not strong enough on the sides to support the cups you're trying to carry and it's just a mess. Definitely great isolator but I will be returning this product quickly anyway

So there are so many things on the list. However, this is spot on in my opinion. Any size drinks we tried were fine. Not just for coffee cups like so many others. We even put very large plastic cups from a fast food/restaurant, carried 2 of them in and put them down, staying upright and stable. If anything happens to it, we will immediately replace it with the same one. Love it. Works perfectly!

Although I don't use this bag to carry my stuff, I like having it in my car to store spare water bottles. However, if I pull out one of these bottles to drink on the go, the entire holder and the remaining three full bottles are much more likely to fall off during the ride, no matter which of the four bottles I use. I bought this to be more professional and to use less paperwork when delivering groceries to customers on their doorstep. I used it on my first delivery (to Starbucks) and it went great. This protects drinks and isolates them (modestly), but most importantly, you don't take away more paper and create less waste. Sling as a stable bottom holder.
