Inconvenient and Frustrating Returns Policy

This item was uncomfortable to wear and put a lot of pressure on my temples which didn't help my headache, only made it worse. After one use I was sure it wasn't what I wanted, especially after paying over $100. I tried it again and was sure it wasn't for me, I can't see how it could be particularly helpful for someone's headache or tension. I also agree with other reviews - it's difficult to manipulate or control functions if you have to turn them on to do so - and there are only tiny eye…

iDream1260 - An absolute must that works so well it's unbelievable

I suffered from severe headaches for a while. I saw several doctors who either did nothing or wanted to try some procedures that I didn't really like. I bought this product on another website - following a specialist prescription. Unfortunately the product broke after 6 months of daily use. Getting anything from this massager depends almost entirely on what type of tension you're trying to release. the hinge of my jaw, up to my temples, but not to my temples - instead the tension extends to and around my ears and up to the crown of my head and the back of my head.
