Great but. - Glasses and drinking utensils

They are great but I found them quite awkward to use. Depending on the pouches used, water sometimes gets stuck in the center of the cup and has difficulty draining into the cup before drinking. Apart from that, they are light and strong. The lid doesn't hold up very well, it just "sits" on it.

I thought it would be a good travel mug but the lid doesn't seal.

The glass appears to be VERY thin and I almost hesitate to use it or put it anywhere for fear of breaking it. My biggest complaint is that the lid doesn't fit well. The mug, teapot and lid chime when I lift the mug. I thought it would be a good travel mug but the lid doesn't cover the mug at all. I am very disappointed in this product and do not recommend it.

False advertising. The best in kitchen and dining room

Umm I don't know what universe it's normal in for a product sold as a kettle to break just because hot water was added. I mean seriously, it's a kettle. How else can you make hot water? I bought this as a gift and that it would break in less than two weeks due to normal wear and tear is totally unacceptable. I will speak to Revane about a refund.
