I sent back the first crushed bag and my new one arrived today. I would like to note three things. This new pack has a strong chemical smell so I have to let it sit for a few days before using it. I love this briefcase. The color is saturated. The skin is beautiful and durable. I only gave 4 stars because the zipper broke right away. The flash itself is fine. A small piece that you have to pull to zip up came off immediately. Very odd but I think I can attach a keychain or something.

I bought this bag because it looked really nice online and the reviews were good. Despite the large capacity, this bag is too heavy (over 4 pounds). There are other leather laptop bags that weigh around 2 pounds, which makes a difference when you're carrying something around. Also, it's not made in Italy. It is made in China. Although it looks like leather, it is not of the highest quality and is prone to wrinkling.

Update: I contacted Cluci about my problems and they replaced the broken item. They were very responsive. I am satisfied with the customer service. I bought it 6 months ago and the zipper broke and won't close. Not so much for travel. The front pocket bulges when you put anything other than a laptop and a couple of pens in the large compartment. So the valve never closes completely, it gapes so everything falls out. Too bad I didn't spend any money on it and there's no guarantee I'll send it…

I have more bags than retail because I have been actively searching for the perfect bag for many years. Today my search is over. This bag is just the thing. Great, fits my 15.6" laptop, has a shoulder strap, a front organizer compartment, lots of pockets and the obligatory document pocket on the outside. The small outside pocket for business cards is great! I was also very impressed with the packaging. I couldn't be happier and already save a few cents for black!
