Great solution which helped with tracking sales made by clients

The best part is that I can track my customer's purchase history from my mobile device without having to login to the website. It would be better if we could add more features like sending newsletters etc. Also, it would be great if I can see all the statistics about my customers in one place so that I can easily understand them. I am solving the issue of keeping track of my customers' previous purchases. This helps me keep track of the products they had purchased previously and also helps me…

Great Reporting Tool; Helps with Decision Making

It's easy to understand and use. It's a great reporting tool for the sales team. I can use it to track where prospects are coming from and provide insight to future prospecting plans. It's also helpful for gathering and analyzing prospect information. I'd like to see more customization options for reporting. I'd like to be able to customize my reports in different ways. For example, I'd like to add custom fields and filters to my reports. I'm using the Sales Prospecting module but it could…

Very user friendly platform with amazing customer service!!!

It's easy for our employees who are not tech savvy at all! The system is intuitive (just like any other software we use) but I wish there were more options/designs available when it comes time design your own rewards program or create new one from scratch if needed - that would be great too!! We've been able get up & running quickly using their support team as well which makes things seamless once they're set in place :) Great product overall though so no complaints here either.
