I've been on a seemingly endless search for a backpack that combines all the features without sacrificing style. This is the first bag I've found that does this. As advertised, this lightweight and durable bag is exactly as described and meets my travel needs. Fits all my essentials and a few more very handy. I love how it stands upright to access the internal pockets, but it also hangs close to the body so it doesn't protrude and is easy to carry around. Nice bag. One star deducted because of the missing side pocket for water bottle and key holder. The key holder used to be standard on Briggs and Riley backpacks. Wanted a better color choice but plum is ok. Should easily fit under an airplane seat. Stands by itself when packed and slides so easily over the handle of my hand luggage (Eagle Creek brand). In addition to a laptop, headphones, phone/wallet and camera, a light jacket or sweater will do. This backpack is for city use, not hiking.

I've only had this bag a few weeks and I love it. It's very durable, the leather top handle is strong, and the zippers are easy to open and close. For me this is the perfect size. It fits my laptop and iPad perfectly, leaving plenty of room for my supplies. I also find the inner pocket at the top very handy for things I use all the time but are more valuable, like headphones. My only criticism is that I wish the zippers and logo weren't chrome and shiny - I prefer something more subtle…
