Fits 2005 Honda Pilot Tailgate Courtesy Light

Our battery died because the kids left the courtesy light on AGAIN. So I decided it was time to replace it with LEDs. Searching the web told me I needed this "DE3021" style lamp for my 2005 pilot. I later discovered that only 2 out of 14 interior lights use the DE3021 style. Slightly different profile than normal lamps

They are very bright and work great. My application is dome (1) and headlight map (2) in Subaru Legacy 2016 -Premium. Installation was tedious. It was very difficult to insert these LED lamps between the terminals in an outlet. I may have ordered the wrong size but the literature said I need DE3175 garlands. I think I understand the issue - if you compare the old and these new bulbs, the Legacy bulbs are the same length from tip to tip as these LED strings. But the profile at the end is sharper

What a difference in the interior lighting of my Accord!

Installed these LED bayonet bulbs in place of DE3175 bulbs in my door (open door warning light), roof/dome and trunk lights. What is the difference in the intensity and amount of light. I tested it in a dark garage last night and the interior lit up like daylight when I turned off the CodeAlarm system.
