For the price this rug is excellent. There is a small pillow. The rug itself is soft and cute, but I would still add an extra blanket because it's not that thick. The toy is fun. My only complaint is the chemical smell upon first opening, after a quick wash the smell was gone. If you are looking for a basic cheap rug without terrible quality I would recommend this one.

I bought this mat for my little girl to keep her entertained when she is on her tummy and she LOVES bright colors. The fabric is soft and not prickly, the toys are cute and attractive. The support pillow will come in handy when she is old enough to use it. The only complaint I have is that you can't attach the pillow to the mat and I wish it could which is why I gave it a 4 star rating. All in all I am absolutely satisfied and the price is right.
