I bought this to replace my existing bulbs after they started to fail after a full year of use. They fill up with water easily and I've already had half the bulbs flashed and we've gone through a full bulb change completely in just a few weeks. This is pure rubbish - avoid at all costs. **** To update. It's terrible. Failure left and right, even when new.

I am doing this check mainly because the base depth is wrong in the listing picture. They are actually 1 inch deep. But as others have said, I used them in a Costco Feit Electric Rope Light to replace lightbulbs. The previous ones I had were because they were filled with water so we'll see if they do the same. The brightness of the dial is the same as the feit Electric bulbs and the same color! Good lightbulbs.

We first bought 3 strands of commercial bistro lights for our patio. They came with glass bottles that broke very easily in Nebraska's inclement weather. All the broken glass on our patio was SO DANGEROUS for our young children to play outside. I bought 2 sets of these bulbs to replace the glass bulbs. They are made of durable plastic which I hope will last a long time. They emit a warm light, which I really like. They are bright enough to light up our entire garden at night. Overall very happy

So far, so good. I have 4 strings of 48ft bistro lights. I used up a full box and replaced bulbs that had burned out over the winter. The plastic is great! The quality of the LEDs corresponds to my LED strings. If they last, they're perfect. I keep mine on the fence with a two hour timer every night. Plastic is comfortable in the wind.
