I really like this headset. It has excellent sound quality and you can wear it on your right or left ear. Customers say I sound much better and cleaner than my last headset. It plugs directly into your regular home portable phone. The only criticism is that there is no mute button on the headset.

I recently purchased this product to use with my cordless phone at work and the headset works as advertised. I was very impressed with how easy the headset connects to my phone and how comfortable it is to wear and use. Very convenient. Claiming that a product works exactly as advertised is the greatest compliment I can give a product.

Fits my Panasonic recorder. However, the voice quality is not outstanding and the quality of the headset itself is quite acceptable. I could not find any noise cancellation of the microphone. However, they are louder like many other headsets I use, which is a big plus. I like that you can switch the microphone from one side to the other. There is no mute button.
