I received counterfeit product

The box looked real but the packaging the filter came in was nothing like the original packaging in my water bottle. The new filter doesn't look anything like the original (cheap and chalky while the original was more like plastic) and now I can't get the water out of the straw. I will no longer be repurchasing them from Revain and will strictly adhere to purchasing from the Brita website.

Not new sports water bottle Item

The filters I received are fine but the product was not new. I received a battered box with a sticker that said "Thanks to you, this product has a second life." The filters inside were sealed in separate plastic grommets and appear to be serviceable, but nowhere on the list was I informed that I would receive the box it was. previously owned I assume? Super weird and not exactly what you'd expect from a product that carries water straight into your mouth.

If you don't mind sucking on a straw to get air before water, then this product is for you.

So you know when you have a soda and you have a straw and you suck on a straw and you drink it right away? this to my dismay. When you suck on the straw of this product, it's like sucking from a hose. If anyone has done this before you know what I mean lol. With this product, when you pull out of the straw, you get air first, and then water comes in! I do not like it. I would not buy again. In fact, here I am with a useless product that I don't like and don't use because I missed the return…
