They are very easy to use and they still stick perfectly to our windows! We've been using them in Minnesota since September and it's now May. While I can't comment on how they stick to windows in the heat, I've had no problems with them in the fall, winter, and spring. They stick easily to windows and are easy to clean and wash. I think the problem with windows like this is finding the right size for each car. We used this in Santa Fe, Soul and Rav 4 and it was a good size.

No instructions (btw), but it only takes a few minutes to figure out which side is against the window and move the grille around to get the best coverage. We all get lucky with consumer goods from time to time. It helps balance out all the garbage we have to put up with. The Britax sun visor, 2 of which cost less than $10, is one of the best products to come out in a while. They are a good size to fit in most car side windows and are very easy to fit and hook into. They're just as easy to take off. FACT: You'll forget they're on, and those of us (me) with power windows will only find that we forgot to remove them first when the window rolls down.

It was hard to say exactly what they would be until I received them and opened the packaging. They are simply a flexible mesh attached to a stretchable plastic backing. You stretch the thing, stick it to the window, and then the stretch releases and it sticks to the window.
