Great for knee and back pain.

For more than two years I have suffered from chronic pain from the right thigh to the lower leg and plantar fasciitis. I recently decided to invest in some really good shoes. After much research I bought a Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21. I just took the dogs for what I thought was a leisurely one mile walk, but one of them decided he wanted to walk the whole distance. Not as comfortable as previous models.

I've been wearing Brooks Adrenalines for the last few years and loved them until I was 19. In the 20's the sensations were different and this eventually led to leg pain which I still struggle with. I tried 21's hoping they fixed the problem with 20's but they didn't. The toe box is narrower and more pointed and smaller/narrower in the main part of the foot (big toe). joint to the joint of the little finger). I have a wide foot and a very low arch and I run like crazy in sneakers, on average I last from 6 months to a year. Now, I'm not a marathoner or runner at all, but I bought them hoping that they would be good for outdoor walks and long-term physical activity, as well as daily runs around the house, etc. They're ok, but I don't really understand what the hype about them is, other than the expensive cost.
